Key Responsibilities...
? Take the helm in guiding and coordinating diverse IT projects and cross-functional teams.
? Conceptualize, develop, and implement innovative solutions across web/content management, application development, and data management domains.
? Foster collaboration with senior leadership to ensure technology strategies harmonize with organizational objectives.
? Spearhead technical sales initiatives and craft compelling proposals.
? Provide mentorship and foster the professional growth of team members.
Qualifications
? Proven track record in IT project management and effective team leadership.
? Proficiency in Agile, Scrum methodologies, and versatility across various technology platforms.
? Strong command over content management systems, CRM, web portals, cloud-based applications, and data management solutions.
? Prior experience with contracting processes and preparation of bid submissions.
? Exceptional communication skills, adept problem-solving abilities, and a knack for building strong relationships.
? Flexibility for occasional travel as required.
