What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Handle inbound customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist customers with product and service inquiries
• Interact with customers nationwide to resolve support issues, sell new products, and ensure exceptional customer experience
• Utilize systems and technology for account management tasks and sales opportunities
• Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction to managerial team for resolution
• Ensure first call resolution through effective call handling and problem-solving

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• 0-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or sales roles
• Previous experience in a work-at-home environment
