About the Role: Job Summary The Recruitment Coordinator contributes to the overall success of the Physician Recruitment Department by providing a high level of administrative support, customer service and project coordination throughout the recruitment process. Minimum Job Qualifications Licensure or other certifications: Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Minimum Experience: Three (3) to five (5) years of clerical experience. Preferred Experience: Other: Job Specific and Unique Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Demonstrated ability to effectively take action to solve problems while exhibiting sound judgment and successful stress tolerance Excellent written and... communication skills Proficient computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Publishing product preferred (Adobe) Ability to take initiative, work independently, multi-tasks, meet deadlines and prioritize, with little or no supervision Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and have a strong work ethic Demonstrates initiative; must be able to anticipate needs and flex accordingly Maintains a professional image Essential Tasks and Responsibilities Assists Physician Recruitment Department by receiving incoming calls and emails, providing general support for interviewing/on-boarding questions and processes. Coordinates provider interviews to include the development of interview itineraries, Skype appointments, any hotel accommodations, air travel, local transportation and area tours. May coordinate visit with local relator. Works with administrative staff and Physicians to ensure provider has a smooth and informative site visit. Assists with plan coordination for spouses and children during the site visit to ensure their understanding of the community benefits. Responsible for the coordination of breakfasts, luncheons and/or dinner meetings for provider candidates when necessary. Provides administrative support to the Director of Physician Recruitment and Recruiters as needed and assigned. Maintains vendor relationships with, local real estate agents, moving companies and lodging personnel. Secures competitive rates, and keeps management informed of the status of vendor services and costs. Coordinates the registration process and preparation of information such as brochures and literature for various recruitment functions to include medical fairs, professional/medical meetings and conventions. Coordinates the on-boarding process and helps provide the candidate's information for departments such as CVO, HR, Medical Staff, Managed Care and the requirements from the Georgia Composite Medical Board. May also assist with provider re-credentialing information as it pertains to medical staff privileges, managed care and state requirements. Provides assistance with other administrative support functions as assigned.
