Summary Of Position
We're seeking remote customer-oriented service representatives to deliver exceptional support to our clients. As a part of our team, you'll engage with customers daily, making outbound calls, and ensuring each interaction is documented accurately. Integrity, professionalism, and adherence to company policies are paramount.
Job Duties
Typing and data entry
Upselling products and services
Setting appointments in a business-to-customer format
Maintaining awareness of campaign products, services, and promotions
Required Skills And Qualifications
Minimum one year of Call Center experience with automatic dialers and call scripting
Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills
Strong People Skills And Active Listening Abilities
Outstanding attendance and punctuality
Sales Experience Preferred
High School diploma or GED
Basic computer literacy
Experience in an Outbound environment
Work From Home Requirements
PC/laptop with at least Windows 10
Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable)
USB-connected headset
Webcam
