Description: ? Create sales strategies that build quality leads that can transform into quality opportunities by being responsible for a portion of Ludia?s pipeline adding metrics by month, quarter, and year. ? Responsible for sourcing and qualifying opportunities with companies not served by Ludia consulting. ? Responsible for building a sales pipeline that will determine staffing and project bookings goals in collaboration with Ludia?s Director of Marketing. ? Manage and exceed or reach the set business targets assigned within certain territories. ? Develop, execute, and oversee strategies and plans to achieve the set business targets. ? Work to improve the customer base. ? Build and maintain good and lasting relationships with clients. ? Partner with directors in other fields to come up with better strategies. ? Create and maintain accurate records and sales reports. ? Create effective sales and account management plans. ? Conduct general sales research to keep abreast of Microsoft... Dynamics trends and competitors? sales strategies. ? Develop a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics products, Ludia Consulting offerings, and customer journey. ? Actively work networking contacts, professional affiliations, industry groups, and related sources for opportunities. ? Participate in evaluating, planning, and completing new offerings to bring them to market. ? Control budgets and allocate resources among marketing projects. ? Monitor progress and submit sales performance reports. ? Actively solicit expertise and input from subject matter experts to help drive effective sales campaign planning and execution. ? Support the Ludia Consulting team in cross-selling additional services to existing clients where appropriate. Requirements: ? 10 years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales or managing a book of business in the Microsoft Dynamics channel. ? 5 years of business development experience in a professional services environment or industry-relevant firm required. ? BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, and communications or relevant field. ? Proven track record of developing business relationships with C-level executives (CEOs, CFOs, Board of directors, etc.) required. ? Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement/Sales Professional experience preferred. ? Knowledge in the development, management and execution of sales and BD planning, lead generation, pipeline management, account planning, sales strategy, and development. ? Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and communicate Ludia Consulting?s and Microsoft Dynamics business and value proposition. ? Proven experience as Sales Director or similar role. ? Proven ability to work in a demanding, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. ? Excellent leadership and organizational skills. ? Analytical and creative thinking. ? Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills. ? Customer-oriented approach with aptitude. ? Experience leading people, providing direction, and coaching for career progression. ? Proven track record for successfully meeting timelines and demonstrating effective time management, prioritization, and project management skills in a demanding industry. ? Detail-oriented with excellent writing, content development, and editing skills. ? Highly productive working remotely. ? Ability to travel to participate in events or sales calls or attend regional or national meetings as necessary.
