What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Proactively support the tracking status of projects and report results to management
? Assist in collecting and organizing project materials following a user-friendly file organizational system
? Work up to 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday
? Utilize Project Management software (Asana preferred) to manage projects effectively
? Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in tracking and reporting project progress
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management or related field
? Proficiency in using Project Management software, with experience in Asana preferred
? Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Bachelor's degree in a related field
? Certification in Project Management
? Experience working with government agencies or in the Occupational Safety and Health industry
