This role combines customer interaction with order management to create a fulfilling and dynamic work environment.Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers through various channels (phone, email, and live chat) to resolve inquiries, process orders, and provide detailed product information.
- Maintain a high level of service excellence in every customer interaction, aiming to meet and exceed expectations.
- Manage and track orders from placement through delivery, ensuring timely updates and accurate information are communicated to customers.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to troubleshoot order issues, including shipping discrepancies and returns.
- Monitor customer feedback and work with the team to refine processes and improve overall service quality.
- Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and company policies. Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, ideally within an e-commerce or related industry.
- Bachelor?s degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to convey information effectively and empathetically.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
