? Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
? Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
? Understand client needs and objectives to brief internal teams.
? Work on inspiring creative briefs along with the manager.
? Work collaboratively with creative, media, and account planning teams.
? Manage project timelines and budgets.
? Present campaign ideas and secure client approvals.
? Oversee campaign execution and track performance.
Requirements
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or any related field.
? Must have 2-3 years of relevant experience (Client Servicing) in a reputable advertising (creative) agency.
? Previously, should have handled integrated accounts ? Online, Offline, BTL.
? Experience managing and social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, TK, LI).
? Basic Understanding of social media advertising platforms and campaign creation.
? Proven ability to manage and deliver successful advertising campaigns (both online & offline).
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
? Strong understanding of the advertising landscape, including traditional media and digital marketing channels.
? Experience developing creative briefs and working with creative teams.
? Budget management skills.
? Project management skills to ensure campaigns are completed on time and within budget.
? Fluent in Arabic & English
