What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Answer 100 or more inbound customer calls per day
? Schedule 50 or more service appointments per day for customers who need mechanical Maintenance and Repair
? Respond to Vehicle Status, Service Pricing, Warranty, Roadside Assistance, Complaints, or other Automotive inquiries
? Direct non-service appointment calls to the appropriate Dealership personnel
? Utilize multiple computer programs to reference dealership information, customer profiles, and manufacturer guidelines

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Available to work Monday - Friday and Rotating Saturdays
? Must live in the greater Houston metropolitan area
? Must have at least 6 months recent customer service experience
? High-speed internet connection of > 20 mbps Upload and > 20 mbps Download
? Quiet home office suitable for remote call center, customer service work

? Excellent verbal & written communication skills
? Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
? Familiar with automotive terminology and vehicle components
? Capable of delivering quality results at all times
? Excellent customer service and complaint resolution abilities
