Who we?re looking for Toyota?s Human Resources Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Human Resources Administrator. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide confidential administrative support for the HR Group Manager at TMMK with some tasks assigned by Team Member Relations Sr. Manager. This position is based at our Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky Plant in Georgetown KY, with a hybrid mix of some in-office time and some remote work. Speak with your Recruiter and the Hiring Manager to learn more about our hybrid work program. The person selected for the role will be expected to reside within commutable distance of Georgetown, KY (relocation assistance is not available). What you?ll be doing Provide administrative support to HR Group Manager; accurately updating and maintaining a variety of reports, forms, mail, and correspondences. Scheduling meetings and coordinating necessary catering, minutes, etc. as needed for meetings. Ad-hoc TMR team support. Support with administration projects for TMR or HR Operations groups that require resources. Department projects ? preparing report-outs, presentation creation, and confirming data or information for the department. Creating and diligently maintaining a variety of confidential files in accordance with established policies and procedures. Identify new opportunities or gaps in current processes/policies to support business need changes. Support local succession planning ad-hoc activities as requested Coordinate Roundtables for Executives as requested What you bring Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience relevant to this position.
