We are seeking a highly motivated and attentive individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Office/Remote. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service experiences, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer phone calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
Manage and resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries
Process customer orders, quotes, and returns accurately
Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and experience
Assist with various customer service projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is strongly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends, if needed
