Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing top-notch support to education savings investors and plan advisors via phone and email.
Responsibilities
Productivity and Quality: Meet department standards for productivity and quality
Maintain 85% daily availability for callers
Ensure satisfactory call quality through thorough reviews
Process financial and non-financial transactions accurately and efficiently
Contribute to meeting contractual Service Level Agreements
Demonstrate flexibility and teamwork, including willingness to work overtime as needed
Customer Service: Provide exceptional experiences to account owners and financial advisors
Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Communicate effectively with empathy and organization
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, policies, procedures, and training
Log and track calls and requests while servicing clients
Foster and maintain positive client relationships
Training and Job Knowledge: Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development
Increase knowledge of products, plan provisions, procedures, and systems
Stay informed on 529 plan news, legislative updates, and industry trends

Protect confidential data and uphold organizational values

Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
1+ years of experience in client service within financial services preferred
Familiarity with financial services concepts, practices, and procedures
Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
FINRA Series 6 or 7 licenses preferred
