    Responsibilities...
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone (inbound and outbound), email, and chat
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records through data entry
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department
  • All other duties as assigned
  • First week of position is IN OFFICE, the remainder of the assignment is remote.
    Experience:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Call center experience is helpful
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to analyze customer needs
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
