Data Entry Specialist

Skyline Art is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to manage large amounts of information efficiently. Key Responsibilities: ? Data Entry: ? Accurately input and update data into various systems and databases. ? Verify data accuracy and completeness. ? Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods. ? Data Management: ? Maintain and organize electronic and paper files as required. ? Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information. ? Generate and distribute reports as needed. ? Quality Assurance: ? Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity. ? Collaborate with other team members to... resolve data inconsistencies. ? Implement improvements to data entry processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency. ? Communication: ? Communicate with team members to clarify data discrepancies and gather additional information. ? Provide support and assistance to other departments as needed. Qualifications: ? Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management or related fields are a plus. ? Experience: Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred. ? Skills: ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? Strong organizational and time management abilities. ? High attention to detail and accuracy. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry software. ? Basic understanding of databases and data management systems.
