• Verify and correct data discrepancies or errors
• Organize and maintain electronic and paper files to ensure information is readily available
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure data integrity
• Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Complete assigned tasks within given deadlines
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency
• Report any data issues or concerns to management
• Other administrative or data-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Previous data entry experience preferred but not required
• Fast and accurate typing skills (at least 45 words per minute)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Reliable internet connection and computer/laptop
• Must be able to commit to a full-time schedule (40 hours per week)
