    As an independent contractor Branch Manager at Property Investment Mortgage Group LLC,(PIMG), you will act as a commercial broker specializing in commercial loans and wholesale real estate.   • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure your branch adheres to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial loans and wholesale real estate.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate developers and general contractors.
  • Sales and Marketing
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones with assistance from PIMG, which brings 29 years of experience in print and social media marketing and extensive communication skills.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Develop business strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Financial Management
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of loan applications and real estate transactions.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor?? degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field (Master?? degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lending, real estate, or a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial loan products and wholesale real estate markets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Work Environment:This position typically operates in a professional remote environment, with occasional travel to meet with clients or attend industry events. The role may require extended hours during peak business periods.Benefits:
