Job Description:Walt Disney is seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our team and work from home in Fort Worth, Texas. • Maintain a positive attitude and represent the Walt Disney brand in all interactions with customers
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to innovate solutions to customer inquiries
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Must have a reliable internet connection and suitable workspace for remote work
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
