Business Development Director- B2B Sales
Posted 2025-03-14Within Concentrix, we have developed one specific practice about B2B Sales, with more than 10,000 sales game changers dedicated to B2B sales and 20 multilingual hubs around the world. We are a top leader in this specific BPO segment working with iconic brands.
We are not there for the status quo and we work had to shape the future of B2B sales, gathering the best people and the best technology... including Gen AI for Sales. Within this practice, our teams working on behalf of our clients to conduct new logo acquisition, inside sales, revenue retention, customer success/renewal activities, channel management and GTM sales operations activities that help our clients grow.
This is an Individual Contributor role, ideally with experience in consultative selling with topics around High Tech Sales and B2B digital transformation. Hunter and Collaborator; Consultative Sales experience. Experience in B2B Business Development; B2B sales, whether within a BPO company or in-house.
Experience building deep relationships with clients, prospects and partners in the region with a specific focus on High Growth tech companies willing to scale worldwide. Ability to develop in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities, build priority targets list and pursuit plans.
