Job Description
Salesforce Technical developer will be responsible for leading technical initiatives and aligning technical solutions to business needs. Ideal candidate should be passionate and self-directed with a strong working knowledge of Salesforce cloud platforms and integrations.

Key Responsibilities: ? Must work in Eastern or Central time zones ? Strong hands-on development in application configuration, process automation like Flows and Lightning framework using Apex, Aura, LWC, Rest APIs ? Contribute to strategic vision, technical roadmap for Salesforce by... working with Technical Architect and Product owners. ? Serve as technical bridge between business and technical stakeholders to develop a solution and architecture approach that supports business initiatives. ? Translate complex functional, technical, and business requirements into maintainable Salesforce solutions. ? Collaborate with neighboring value stream Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Technical Leads, developers for end-end solutions involving other customized solutions and shared enterprise systems. ? Actively lookout for and engage peers through issue resolution ? Establish and promote Salesforce best practices and tooling. ? Mentor junior team members to expand their knowledge salesforce best practices and new features. ? Develop high-performance, reusable, and reliable solutions. ? Own the end-to-end development lifecycle including structured code management, environment management, continuous integration & testing, production deployments and post-production business support. ? Support Delivery Managers via technical team member hiring recommendations and other reporting needs. ? Sustain collaboration and high-performance in the geographically distributed team (onsite/offshore)

Requirements

Education and Experience:
? 4-year bachelor's degree (Preferred)
? 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Salesforce including but not limited to
? Sales, Service, Data cloud application configuration
? Force.com coding like Apex Classes and Triggers and experience in Lightning framework like Aura, LWC and LDS.
? Salesforce integration with external application using SOAP and REST API integration.
? Deployments using change sets and Salesforce tooling.
? Data migration solutions using salesforce web services, Data loader and DataLoader.io, configuring Data Cloud / Data Lake integration.
? Performance profiling, NFR documentation, Automated Regression suite maintenance

? Leverages awareness of upcoming Salesforce major release features to impact decisions and indicate requirements.
? Serves as a subject matter expert and can consult on issues.
? Technical understanding of business processes, integrating software applications, data analytics and AI
? Strong interpersonal, analytical, time management and organizational skills.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $92,560 - 166,465 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
