Chat Support Representative Duties and Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner.
? Provide detailed and accurate information about our products or services to customers.
? Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
? Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
? Keep detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, issues, and resolutions.
? Meet or exceed performance targets such as response times, customer satisfaction scores, and chat volume.
? Continuously update your knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide the best support possible.
? Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure consistent and effective customer service.

Chat Support Representative Requirements and Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is advantageous.
? Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
? Previous experience in customer service or chat support is preferred but not mandatory.
? Quick problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
? Proficient with computers and familiar with chat and messaging platforms.
? Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously and manage time effectively.
? High level of empathy, patience, and dedication to providing outstanding customer service.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 17 per week
