Position: Remote Customer Service Representative Working Hours: Minimum of 18 hours required weekly. Salary: $21.45/Hours KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Manage large amount of incoming phone calls. ? Collects and enters a large number of product orders on company?s CRM. ? Identify and assess customer?s needs to achieve satisfaction. ? Build relationships and trust with customer accounts ? Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers. ? Ability to follow up to ensure problem resolution. ? Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or online chat to provide support and information on products or services.
? Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers? problems and concerns.
? Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
? Performs other related duties as assigned.

? Excellent communication skills including active listening.
