Remote Web Chat Representative

American Airlines Group is seeking a confident and passionate Remote Web Chat Representative to join our team in Houston, Texas. This part-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.Responsibilities...
• Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance and support with booking flights, managing reservations, resolving issues, and answering questions.
• Utilize effective written communication skills to provide exceptional customer service and accurately convey information.
• Conduct research to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Demonstrate leadership skills by taking ownership of customer interactions and providing solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Confidence and passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
• Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other online tools.
• Strong research skills to quickly gather information and resolve customer inquiries.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
