- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Proficiency in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers effectively
- Experience with outbound calling and upselling techniques is advantageous
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate customer records
