Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting company products or services...Duties:
• Answering incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally
• Providing information and resolving inquiries regarding products and services
• Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within established guidelines
• Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate teams
• Maintaining customer records by updating account information as needed
• Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Experience:
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Proficiency in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers effectively
• Experience with outbound calling and upselling techniques is advantageous
• Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate customer records
• Multilingual abilities are beneficial for diverse customer interactions
