    Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent remote support to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients with product information, troubleshooting, and general inquiries

  • Maintain updated client records and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Present information effectively to clients and internal stakeholders

    Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role
  • Motivated and reliable individual who can work independently
  • Strong presentation and research skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor?s degree in a related field is a plus
