Neptune Retail Solutions is currently hiring a Client Insights Manager on its Consumer Insights team. The candidate will turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into profitable business decisions. RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Support the Sales teams by using various market research resources (Circana syndicated/Household Panel, Simmons, industry research) to address business/program questions raised by Sales for their clients. ? Analyze the multiple data sources listed above to identify trends and areas of growth for Sales, clients, and Neptune. ? Help analyze the business impact of Neptune?s in-store programs; analyze results from Matched Panel tests (MPTs) and help develop additional insights used to inform client proposals. Communicate findings to stakeholders via written and oral communication. ? Present analysis directly to clients, and help Sales achieve their individual client goals. ? Proactively identify opportunities for prioritized clients, based on analytics, trends, and business objectives. ? Work cross-functionally with other Consumer Insight areas of focus (Retail, Digital) as necessary. REQUIREMENTS: ? 3-5 years? experience in analytics, preferably from a Consumer-Packaged Goods Market Research environment or Strategic/Media Agency. ? Experience using Microsoft Office tools to build presentations, and develop spreadsheets. ? Some knowledge/experience with syndicated Point of Sale (POS), Panel Data (Circana, Nielsen). ?
