The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle.
The Hilton Co-Brand Marketing Customer Marketing & Channel Innovation team focuses on the growth and expansion of Customer Marketing in both Hilton and Amex Channels from our existing Card Members. The Senior Analyst, Hilton Co-Brand Customer Marketing - Growth & Loyalty is a high-visibility role that will help lead the charge in running campaigns and developing marketing growth and loyalty strategies that drive sustainable spend and lend across customer proven revenue driving treatments (e.g. Upgrades, SAS). This role will also be responsible for delivering best in class marketing to existing Card Members throughout their lifecycle including onboarding new members, deepening relationships through loyalty marketing and benefit reinforcement, and driving retention efforts in both Hilton & Amex marketing channels.
The Senior Analyst will be essential to handling our partnership with Hilton and driving success from marketing campaigns run in partner channels. They will be responsible for analyzing sophisticated performance data and providing insights to drive the continual program growth and optimization. An ideal candidate will have a passion for growth and engagement marketing and customer-first mentality, and will have experience in performance analysis, relationship management, and marketing execution.
? Develop E2E marketing campaign strategy to deliver growth marketing campaigns to existing Hilton Card Members to drive spend and lend from our existing Card base, as well as deliver contextually relevant marketing to existing Hilton Card Members to drive loyalty & engagement throughout the customer lifecycle
? Collaborate with Hilton and key internal partners to build and optimize growth from proven treatment campaigns in Amex and Hilton-owned channels. This includes (but is not limited to) Upgrades, SAS, Fingerprint, and Plan It
? Collaborate with Hilton and key internal partners to create and optimize loyalty campaigns. This includes (but is not limited to) marketing campaigns such as Monthly eNewsletters, Refer a Friend (MGM), Re-engagement Opportunities, Amex & Industry Offers, Hilton Promotions, and Benefit Reinforcement
? Lead general campaign management activities including creative/messaging approach, execution, results analysis, monthly forecasting, and budget management
? Develop and maintain a customer marketing scorecard to track performance and report out on performance metrics
? Identify opportunities to optimize campaigns through segmentation, creative and offer testing
? Partner with retention team to optimize offers & analyze monthly reporting trends
? Partner with creative agencies to develop innovative and impactful marketing communications to drive business results.
Minimum Qualifications
? Strong relationship building and partner management skills with the ability to interact with internal and external partners at various levels across the organization
? At least 2 years of marketing experience. Customer marketing and Amex marketing tools/process a plus
? Skilled with analyzing performance data and ability to pull out the "so what" to propel growth strategies
? Passionate, customer-first marketer who is able to challenge the status-quo and is passionate about delivering value to our Card Members
? Analytical and "outside of the box" thinker with and proactive problem solving skills
? Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and will to win
? Ability to drive projects from concept to implementation
? Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently
? Positive attitude and desire to work on a fun, fast-paced team
? BA/BS Required
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
