Full Job Description Live Chat Agents REMOTE WORK OPPORTUNITIES COMPANY EQUIPMENT PROVIDED We are passionate about Live Chat. Our talented team of professionals provides exceptional service experiences for the consumers of many well-known brands via phone, social media, live chat, email, SMS, and video platforms. We are seeking individuals with experience in retail, sales, retention and/or data entry. We are currently hiring professionals to work in the role of: Live Chat Agents REQUIREMENTS: ? High school diploma or equivalent ? Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling. ? Previous customer service or chat support experience is a plus but not required. ? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and logically. ? Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with chat and messaging... platforms. ? Ability to multitask effectively and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. ? Empathy, patience, and a customer-focused attitude. ? Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required. ? Team player with strong interpersonal skills. ? Ability to adapt to changing processes and technologies. PREFERRED SKILLS: ? Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment ? Experience supporting luxury brand products and services ? Experience supporting home appliances ? Positive and professional demeanor ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? Minimum HS diploma, college preferred ? Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting ? Has experience supporting consumer products and/or services. ?
