Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat platforms
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Utilize analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Demonstrate emotional intelligence in dealing with customer emotions and concerns
Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all customer interactions
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
Stay updated on product information and promotions to better assist customers
Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude at all times

2 years of experience in customer service or related field
Confident and resilient personality traits
Strong analytical skills
High emotional intelligence
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work well in a team environment
Solid problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in computer software and online chat platforms
High school diploma or equivalent
