What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Design and implement processes for data mining, analysis, modeling, and prediction
? Collaborate with various departments and clients to define requirements and address business problems
? Extract and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and outliers
? Prepare state-mandated reports and conduct necessary analyses
? Utilize analytics software to support departmental goals and improve business performance

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
? 1-3 years of relevant experience
? Intermediate level proficiency in MS Excel
? Experience in member movement, PCP reassignment, or enrollment and provider termination
? Proficiency in SQL for data research and analysis

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
? 3-5 years of relevant experience
? Familiarity with enrollment and managed healthcare processes
? Experience with QNXT software
? Strong soft skills, including excellent communication and teamwork abilities
