Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Freelance Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions across different industries. The role requires a deep understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities: ? Recruitment Strategy: ? Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. ? Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and job specifications. ? Candidate Sourcing: ? Utilize various platforms (job boards, social media, networks) to identify potential candidates. ? Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings. ? Screening and Interviewing: ? Conduct initial screening calls and in-depth interviews with candidates. ? Evaluate candidate qualifications... and fit for the role and company culture. ? Client Interaction: ? Provide clients with regular updates on recruitment progress. ? Manage client expectations and offer expert advice on the hiring process. ? Job Posting: ? Write and post job advertisements on relevant platforms. ? Ensure job descriptions are clear, compelling, and aligned with client requirements. ? Candidate Experience: ? Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process. ? Provide feedback and support to candidates as needed. ? Reporting and Documentation: ? Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions. ? Provide regular reports to clients on recruitment progress and metrics.
Qualifications: ? Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with IT Recruitment. ? Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. ? Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri etc.). ? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
? Experience in a specific industry or with particular types of roles (e.g., tech, finance, creative).
? Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
? Relevant certifications or training in recruitment and talent acquisition.
