DURATION: 6-months

LOCATION: Remote

HOURS: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

PAY: $40 to $50/hour in W2

SUMMARY:

Responsible for the recruiting process for exempt level positions across multiple corporate

functions and/or manufacturing locations as assigned. The recruiter should have strong

experience sourcing and recruiting for a manufacturing organization with a specialization in

Human Resources, Finance and Marketing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
? Direct and manage full-cycle recruiting efforts including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation & screening, interview process, and offer negotiations.
? Leader of a consultative recruiting planning session with key stakeholders to establish expectations, timelines for the recruiting process and create the desired candidate profile
? Develop sourcing strategy and establish desired communication protocol with the hiring manager and HR team
? Experience managing professional level requisitions (20+ open requisitions) in multiple locations
? Passive recruitment ? source, evaluate and qualify top talent utilizing Applicant Tracking System/CRM, Internet Databases, and LinkedIn Recruiter
? Identify and leverage alternative sourcing methods
? Develop and utilize tools to manage candidates in the pipeline and effectively track candidates collected through various sources to measure the effectiveness of sources.
? Qualify candidates based on job requirements, and apply behavioral-based interviewing techniques to assess knowledge and cultural fit
? Work with hiring managers to identify the interview team as well as the behavioral-based competencies and interview questions that will be used for the interview process
? Conduct interviews and facilitate the debrief session to make the final candidate selection
? Upon selection, recommend and extend offers to candidates, work with the hiring manager, HR Business Partner, and Compensation Partners to review compensation data for offers. Coordinate all pre-employment checks and on-boarding processes Conduct compliant applicant tracking for filled positions
? Serve as an integral part of the company team and as brand champion
? Strong achievement drive, resilience, flexibility, and commitment to achieving goals
? Professional, organized, strong communications and presentations skills, ability to work within a fast-paced environment and develop relationships across the organization
? Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Director of Talent Acquisition
? Provide reporting and regular status updates to the Director of Talent Acquisition, and hiring manager as required.
? Lead the gathering and analysis of marketplace data related to the labor market, competitors hiring trends, new sourcing avenues, etc.
? Administer hiring processes to ensure adherence with all equal employment opportunity (EEO) legislation, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), veteran?s hiring guidelines, and other government compliance requirements (OFCCP)

Minimum Education/Experience:
? High School Diploma -OR- GED Equivalent
? Minimum 5 years experience in Corporate Recruiting or Agency Recruiting with deep
? knowledge of human resources, marketing and finance functions in a manufacturing organization
? Expert in LinkedIn Recruiter
? Exceptional organizational and communication skills

Additional Preferred Education/Experience:
? Bachelor's Degree
? Fluent in Google-Suite
? Advanced proficiency in Workday to successfully manage, prioritize and close recruiting searches within a timeline, using benchmarks and metrics
