Airbnb Communication Manager - Contract to Hire

Responsibilities:
Manage communication for multiple properties on airbnb and booking (communicatioon managed through channel manager)
Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure timely turnovers (using the same software)
Respond promptly and friendly to guest inquiries
Resolve any issues or complaints that may arise
Handle occasional phone calls from guests
Modify reservations
manage reimbursements
Skills:
High proficiency in Spanish and a good level in English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Prior experience in property management or hospitality is a plus
Work Schedule:
Weekdays (Monday to Friday): 9:00 - 18:00 (Spain time)
Weekend only (Sunday): 10:00 - 22:00 (Spain time)
Note: The workload involves a lot of dead time during these hours; hence, constant communication is not required throughout the shift.

Duration: Initially one month and very possibly up for extension

Compensation: Fixed monthly price (propose your rate)
