Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
? Handle a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat
? Provide accurate information about products and services
Appointment Setting
? Collect appointment information and schedule appointments
Knowledge Management
? Develop and update a knowledge base on evolving products and services
Lead Generation
? Gather customer contact details for lead generation and client evaluation
? Summarize customer interactions based on their needs for client review
Qualifications
? Preferred experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry
? Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred
? Proficiency in basic internet and computer skills
? Strong multitasking abilities, gaming experience is a plus
? Positive and professional demeanor
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Adaptability and enjoyment of a fast-paced work environment
Requirements
? Exceptional customer service skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
? Possess a patient, friendly attitude
? Strong decision-making and analytical skills
? Fluent in spoken and written English
? Fast typing abilities are advantageous (minimum 35 WPM)
? Successful completion of a background check
? High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
? Preferred 2+ years of experience in customer interaction, office setting, call center, or office customer service.
