- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensuring a positive experience during all initial inquiries by educating clients on services, responding to questions, overcoming objections, and scheduling student academic evaluations and consultations
- Following contact center scripts when speaking with clients
- Building positive rapport with clients of differing personality types
- Remaining polite and professional during all interactions
- Keeping records of all conversations in the call center system
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (conversational, articulate, engaging)
- Reliable and dependable work habits
- Goal-oriented with a healthy competitive spirit
- Strong attention to detail, dependability, and follow through
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a love for hard work
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
