Responsibilities

Account Reviews: Conduct regular reviews, assess performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
Performance Tracking: Forecast and monitor key account metrics, including revenue trends and client performance.
Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, progress reports, and presentations for senior management.
Issue Resolution: Address client concerns, issues, and escalations promptly and effectively.
Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to resolve problems, exceed client expectations, and maintain high client satisfaction.
Documentation: Create well-organized, accurate, and concise material for organizational use.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in account management, with healthcare experience preferred.
