? Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate
? Create relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
? Respond accurately and concisely to customer inquiries and problems
? Provide administrative support to the customer service team and assist with overflow work as needed

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Experience in customer service
? Strong telephone etiquette
? Familiarity with CRM tools
? Excellent communication skills
