What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Answer calls and respond to emails from event attendees, ensuring outstanding customer service
• Assist event organizers with changes to their events and manage order placements and modifications
• Follow customer service policies as stated by event organizers
• Collaborate with team members to solve problems effectively
• Maintain composure during high call volume periods or escalated customer interactions

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Attentive listening and concise verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English over the phone; bilingual applicants are a plus
• Proficiency in computer, internet, and keyboard skills; ability to learn multiple platforms
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Motivation to learn independently without guided instruction

• Previous experience in customer support or a similar role
• Familiarity with event management software or ticketing platforms
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment
• Experience in a high-volume customer service setting
