Our team operates across three service lines. The first focuses on client-facing and client-billable data analytics work. The second is centered around legal operations for clients. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust ETL pipelines, utilizing tools like Airflow to ensure efficient data processing and workflow management.
Conduct data analysis using Python (or RStudio) to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
Apply statistical methods to interpret data and support informed decision-making.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and transform them into analytical solutions.
Create clear and compelling visualizations and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences.
Work effectively under tight deadlines, delivering high-quality results within specified timeframes.
Continuously monitor data quality and integrity, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of analyses.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally within a legal firm or similar environment.
3+ years of experience in developing and managing ETL pipelines, preferably with Airflow.
5+ years of experience in statistical analysis, with a strong focus on T-Tests.
5+ years of experience using Python (or RStudio) for data manipulation and analysis.
Proficient in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries and optimize performance.
Experience with Linux server administration and Docker container management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex findings into clear, actionable insights.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Agile and effective under tight deadlines, consistently delivering high-quality results.
Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or other related fields).
