Responsibilities
? Transcribing depositions, hearings, and other judicial proceedings with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
? Processing audio recordings to create verbatim transcripts while adhering to style guides.
? Working with legal terminology and maintaining excellent grammar throughout the transcripts.

Requirements
? Previous experience in court reporting, scoping, or legal transcription.
? Exceptional listening skills and ability to meet deadlines.
? Proficiency in grammar, spelling, and comprehension.
? Comfort collaborating remotely and processing challenging audio/text content.
? Ability to pass a background check and familiarity with legal terminology.
? Students in court reporting programs will also be considered.
? Applicants from Massachusetts and California are currently not eligible.

Equipment Requirements
? High-speed internet connection.
? Computer or laptop.
? Quality noise-canceling headphones.
? Windows 10 operating system.
? Antivirus program with daily updates (Except Webroot antivirus).
? Infinity Foot Pedal (recommended).
? Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
