Commercial Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative for Transportation Unit

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Provide day-to-day customer service to clients in the Transportation unit
• Work directly with Producers and Insurance Company representatives to service existing customers
• Issue Certificates of Insurance and Auto Insurance ID Cards
• Assist with client inquiries regarding billing, policy changes, and vehicle or driver management
• Update data in the agency management system and assist in creating renewal submissions

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High School Diploma or recognized equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Commercial Lines insurance industry or related role
• Strong administrative and computing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and problem-solve
• Attention to detail and commitment to a high level of accuracy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Bilingual (Spanish and English)
• Experience with Applied Epic Agency Management software
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and interact effectively with team members
• Self-motivated and driven with excellent time management skills
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude
