? Scheduling and Confirming Appointments...
? Resolve customer complaints via phone or email and chats
? Assist with placement of vacation reservation requests.
? Advise on company information.
? Answer questions about terms and regulations
? Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
? Data Entry to open or close call records.
? Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
? Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
