What You'll Do...
Responsibilities
As the Assistant Director of Advanced Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in supporting advisors and their clients with complex tax and accounting issues. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing expert analysis and recommendations on estate, business, executive benefit, and financial planning cases.
Monitoring and interpreting legislative and regulatory changes.
Developing and delivering marketing materials, courses, and seminars for advisors and professionals.
Collaborating across departments to deliver effective financial solutions.
Who You Are
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school with admission to the bar in at least one state, plus 4 years of related experience; or CPA designation with 7 years of related experience; or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred with 10 years of related experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal laws related to tax planning, business insurance, and qualified plans.
Understanding of product features and market trends; CLU, ChFC, and/or CFP designation preferred.
FINRA Series 6 registration required or must be obtained within 18 months of employment.
Job Level
We are open to considering candidates at higher experience levels based on qualifications and skills.
Salary Range Information
$123,000 - $167,000 per year. Additional compensation based on geographic location, experience, and skills.
Work Environment
This role offers flexible arrangements including in-office, hybrid, and remote options (for those residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC).
