• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to patients
• Provide empathetic customer service and support
• Perform data entry and manage patient billing and medical information
• Ensure compliance with Federal Health Care Program guidelines
• Collaborate with carriers to secure medication coverage for patients

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 1 year of recent call center experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must reside in Irving, TX, or surrounding areas
• Ability to multi-task and efficiently use dual monitors
• Must have active internet service and the capacity to work from home

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Previous experience in a medical call center is a plus
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with data entry processes
