- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside within 90 miles of specified locations: SLC, St. George, Cedar City, Ogden, or Logan
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Outstanding communication skills and a passion for serving others
- Experience in customer service, problem-solving, and educating customers on products/services
- Proficiency in navigating various computer software and strong keyboarding skills
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of banking and financial services
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to pass a Spanish language assessment
- Willingness to learn continuously and contribute positively to workplace culture
- Experience with remote work environments
