As a Remote Call Center Representative your primary responsibility will be to address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring an overall positive customer experience with the company.
Key Responsibilities
? Respond to customer calls, chats, and emails regarding product information, order tracking, returns, and other general inquiries.
? Assist customers with placing orders, monitoring deliveries, and processing returns or exchanges.
? Handle customer concerns promptly, escalating more complex issues when necessary.
? Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
? Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

? Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
