Safal Partners seeks an Education Program Coordinator to join Safal?s growing Education Practice Area to support a portfolio of federal contracts in the Departments of Education, Labor, and Health and Human Services. The Program Coordinator will play a critical role in the daily execution and coordination of complex technical assistance and evaluation projects, working closely with diverse project teams comprised of education experts to ensure the successful delivery of the program?s services. Program Coordinators will support program recipients to include State and Local Education Agency staff across the nation. This position will provide the successful candidate with ongoing professional development and federal contracting experience resulting in a clear growth trajectory towards advancement into project leadership opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities: ? Supports project leadership on a wide range of tasks, including project and task coordination, meeting preparation and follow-up, support for program recipients, and assistance with the development of project deliverables. ? Provides coordination for training and technical assistance services to include (but not limited to) overseeing the logistics for service delivery, working with trainers and subject matter experts, tracking and reporting training and TA service delivery and grantee support, developing processes and organizational tools to streamline coordination of services, providing support to program recipients. ? Conducts research and analysis on education topics to support the project. ? Supports the creation of high-quality content for project reports, training and technical assistance resources, website/social media content, and conference presentations. ? Attends meetings, takes meeting notes, and authors meeting summary reports. ? Supports virtual and in person meetings/convenings to include assisting with registration and attendee check in, supporting presenters, creating event materials for participants, overseeing hosting responsibilities for webinars and virtual events, providing onsite support for attendees, and conducting meeting close out activities. ? Supports efforts to develop new business opportunities by supporting proposals. ? Works on other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications: ? Strong academic record including an undergraduate degree from a nationally recognized university. ? 3-5 years professional experience. Prior experience working on federal, state, and/or nonprofit education initiatives. strongly preferred. ? Superior problem-solving and communication skills (both verbal and written). Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint strongly preferred. ? Proficient in using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other virtual meeting platforms. ? A highly self-motivated work style and willingness to proactively take on projects and assignments. ? Flexibility and the ability to work on deadlines and in the fast-paced nature of a start-up organization. ? A well-rounded interpersonal skill set with the capacity to work effectively in team settings. ? Demonstrated commitment to and/or work in the nonprofit or public sector
