We are looking for a multi unit restaurant leader that is up for a challenge, is a proven leader that has a passion for coaching and driving results and is willing to travel regularly.
What does the Director of Strategic Operations (DSO) do?
? The Director of Strategic Operations will report directly to the Vice President of Operations.
? The DSO will be provided with special assignments that will last up to 2-3 weeks at time at a specified location.
? Assignments will consist of the DSO working hand in hand with managers and hourly team members in select locations to not only train and coach, but to ensure that behaviors that support achieving specific company results are fully integrated into the culture of the restaurant prior to leaving the location.
? Recruitment at all levels- Hourly, Shift Leaders, AGM and GM
? Implementation of strategic initiatives from the basics of ?clean and safe? through accountability for results
? Assignments will be based in locations that are experiencing issues with consistently achieving key business results including but not limited to MOP, labor, waste, sales and service standards.
? The DSO will work on specific goals developed in partnership with their VPO for outlier metrics at the location to be achieved within a specified time frame.
? The DSO will partner with the RDO of the location to provide feedback on managers and team members and share findings and action plans from the assignment to ensure the momentum continues after the DSO leaves the location.
? The DSO will continue to check in and follow up with the managers and RDO of the location after the onsite and will complete follow up visits to the site as needed.

Schedule
The DSO will work a non-traditional schedule that will be provided by the VPO and will require working in restaurant and traveling for 9-10 days consecutively. Requirements:
Qualifications: ? Current Multi-Unit Restaurant Operations leader with at least 5 years of experience. ? Proven leader with demonstrated results in key business areas including but not limited to: MOP, Labor, Waste, Sales. ? Must be able to travel at least 90% of the time. ? Must reside in or be able to relocate to the eastern part of the US within drivable distance to Ruby Tuesday restaurants. ? Technical Knowledge of Hot Schedules, ADP, Crunch Time ? Must hold a valid driver's license with no major violation in the past 5 years
