We are seeking enthusiastic individuals eager to kickstart their sales career in the mortgage industry. This full-time, high-volume sales position is an excellent opportunity to develop into a successful Mortgage Banker through our Customer Success Coordinator program. We are committed to providing you with a solid foundation for lasting success in this industry.

Job Duties
? Report directly to the Senior Vice President and work either hybrid or remote, depending on your location.
? Participate in a comprehensive three-to-four-month training program, consisting of computer-based and instructor-led sessions.
? Learn and apply proven sales techniques with hands-on coaching from experienced Mortgage Bankers.
? Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and referrals.
? Make outbound calls to potential customers, serving as their first point of contact.
? Master loan origination software and become proficient in using CRM and lead management systems.
? Collaborate with like-minded peers in a competitive, lively call center environment.
? Positively represent our organization and network to create additional loan opportunities.
? Engage with prospective customers via text, email, and phone.

Requirements
? High school degree or GED required, 2-4 year college degree preferred.
? Previous experience (1+ years) in sales, retail, hospitality, or food & beverage industries is a plus but not required.
? Friendly and outgoing personality with a natural aptitude for sales.
? Passion for sales and a proven track record of success.
? Customer-centric mindset with strong communication skills to build lasting relationships.
? Growth mindset, viewing obstacles as opportunities for improvement.
? Highly driven by performance and motivated by financial rewards for hard work.
