What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Attend discussions at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time
• Participate by completing both written and oral instructions
• Fill out written surveys provided for each panel
• Utilize products and/or services, if provided, and be prepared to discuss them before the meeting date
• Engage in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Must have a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
• Access to a high-speed internet connection is essential
• Willingness to fully participate in one or several focus group topics
• Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
• No prior experience as a call center representative agent is necessary

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Previous experience in market research or focus groups is a plus
• Familiarity with various product types can enhance participation quality
• Strong communication skills to provide detailed feedback
• Interest in new product development and consumer insights
• Ability to commit to multiple sessions for comprehensive feedback
