What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations
? Follow approved scripts to ensure members understand the terms and respond to rebuttals professionally
? Meet daily productivity goals, including outbound dials and scheduled appointments
? Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed with members and providers
? Monitor performance metrics and report member complaints to management

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
? 1+ year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience required
? Experience in a metrics-driven outbound call center environment preferred
? Strong communication skills with a friendly and conversational demeanor
? Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule and work in a remote setting

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Previous experience with auto dialers and scripted calls is preferred
? Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume call environment
? Strong computer skills with the ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously
